Viewing summary of ETL runs


This topic explains how to view the summary of ETL runs. You can use the ETL Status Summary page to determine whether an ETL run has completed successfully. 

To view the summary of ETL runs by using the console

  1. Launch the BMC Decision Support for Server Automation Console, as described in Accessing-the-console.
  2. Click ETL Management > ETL Status.
    The ETL Status Summary page displays the following columns:

    Description

    Operation

    Name of the ETL run. Every ETL run is assigned a unique name.

    To view the details of an ETL run, click the name of the ETL run. For more details, see Viewing-the-detailed-status-of-an-ETL-run.

    Status

    Status of an ETL run, as follows: 

    • success.png indicates that the ETL run completed successfully. 
    • error.png indicates that the ETL run failed.
    • running.gif indicates that the ETL run is in progress.
    • waiting.gif indicates that the ETL run is waiting.

    Start Time

    Time when an ETL run started

    End Time

    Time when an ETL run ended

    Duration (s)

    Time for an ETL run to finish (seconds)

    Context

    ETL context name of the BMC Decision Support for Server Automation site for which ETL was run

     

    You can use the Search field on this page to search for ETL runs.

    Note

    Click the Refresh icon to see the latest state of an ETL run.
