System requirements

This section provides an overview of the requirements for a BMC Decision Support for Server Automation installation.

IBM Cognos requirements apply to this product because this release of BMC Decision Support for Server Automation uses Cognos version 10.2.1.

This section lists the supported databases and database prerequisites. For information about setting up databases, see Setting-up-the-Oracle-database or Setting-up-the-SQL-Server-database. For recommendations about using the database, see Database-recommendations.
