Modify ETL Work Repository Details page


The Modify ETL Work Repository Details page enables you to modify the parameters for the extract, transform, and load (ETL) work repository. This page contains the following fields:

(Oracle)

Please confirm whether you have created Work repository tablespace and user

(SQL Server)

Please confirm whether you have created Work repository database and user

(Oracle)

Validation of whether you have created the required ETL work repository tablespace and user

If you have created the tablespace and user already, select this check box. If not, click the Download the scripts to create users/database/schema link, download the tablespace and user creation script, and create the required tablespace and user as described in Creating-tablespaces-and-users-on-Oracle.

(SQL Server) 

Validation of whether you have created the required ETL work repository database and user

If you have created the database and user already, select this check box. If not, click the Download the scripts to create users/database/schema link, download the database and user creation script, and create the required database and user as described in Creating-databases-and-users-on-SQL-Server.

Host Name

Host name or IP address of the ETL work repository server

Port

Port number on which the ETL work repository server listens

SID (Oracle) or Database Name (SQL Server)

Service ID or name for the ETL work repository

User Name

ETL work repository user name

Password

Password for the ETL work repository user

Confirm Password

Confirmation of the password for the ETL work repository user
