Platform support

For deployments with an Oracle database, the following platforms are supported with BMC Decision Support for Server Automation:

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.x and service packs (x86-64)
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.x and service packs (x86-64)
  • SUSE Linux Enterprise 11 SP2 (x86-64)*
  • SUSE Linux Enterprise 11 and SP1 (x86-64)
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 (x86-64)*
  • Windows Server 2012 (x86-64)*
  • Windows Server 2008 R2 (x86-64)
  • Windows Server 2008 (x86, x86-64)
  • Oracle Solaris 10, SPARC 

For deployments with a Microsoft SQL Server database, the following platforms are supported with BMC Decision Support for Server Automation:

  • Windows Server 2012 R2 (x86-64)*
  • Windows Server 2012 (x86-64)*
  • Windows Server 2008 R2 (x86-64)
  • Windows Server 2008 (x86, x86-64)
