Database size requirements

Before you install the product, determine the database size requirements. The following topics provide guidelines for determining your database size requirements:

The reports data warehouse size depends on the amount of historical data that you transfer from the BMC Server Automation databases (sites). It is important to carefully evaluate your database size requirements to ensure that your environment is set up properly to successfully transfer and store reports data.

The reports data warehouse has an indefinite data retention policy unless you set up archiving. 

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
