Upgrade time

The product upgrade consists of two parts: software upgrade and reports data warehouse upgrade. On a standard configuration, the software upgrade takes approximately one hour. The data warehouse upgrade time varies based on the amount of data in your reports data warehouse.

The ETL run is not included in the one hour estimate and can take a long time, depending on the amount of data you transfer. When sites have a large ETL run history, the process of removing old scenarios and run histories can take a long time.
