This section provides suggested solutions for issues that you might encounter when installing or upgrading

Note

Before taking any action suggested in this section, make a copy of the Install.log file that is located in the BDSSAInstallationDirectory/logs directory. Some actions overwrite the contents of this file and you might need the information to send with requests to BMC Support.
