Java exception while logging on

When logging on to 

The macro unmigrated-inline-wiki-markup from Confluence is no longer available.

, an error message appears similar to the following after providing your user name and password:

Java.io.EOFException

Workaround:

If this error message appears your user name might be associated with too many roles. A user name can be associated with 297 roles. If that number is exceeded, an error occurs during the log on process. Reduce the number of associated roles and try to log on again.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
