Certificate error while logging on


The following error message appears when you try to log on to BMC Decision Support for Server Automation:

Cannot connect to "service:authsvc.bladelogic:blauth://lx694:9640" - No trusted certificate found

Solution

Add the required certificate to the trust store. For information about adding a certificate, see Provisioning an authentication certificate for the reports server .

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
