Multi-tenancy considerations

This topic explains how the recommendations for deployment architecture differ for a multi-tenant environment, such as that of a service provider.

Multi-tenancy enables you to run a single instance of BMC Server Automation that serves multiple client organizations (also called tenants). In a multi-tenant environment, an organization uses a single BMC Server Automation database to store data for multiple tenants.
