Changing roles


Users with multiple roles can change roles using the procedure described in this topic.

Through role-based access control (RBAC), you can be granted multiple roles, but you can only assume one role at a time. If you are assigned to multiple roles, when you log on to

you chose one of the roles to which you are assigned.

, you must log out and then log on again, choosing a different role during the log on process.

To change a role

  1. Click Log Off in the top area of the portal.
     The Log off message appears.
  2. Click Log on.
  3. In the Log on window, provide the log on details as described in Accessing-the-interface and click OK.
  4. In the Select Role window, select the role you want to use and click OK.
