Registry setting instructions cause installation failure

Incorrect instructions exist in the installation guides in the offline documentation on the EPD site. Specifically, the "Reports server setup" section instructs you to disable the 8.3 (short) name creation before running the installation program. This is incorrect. The 8.3 name creation must be enabled before running the installation program.
