LDAP and domain authentication failure
The Domain-authentication and LDAP-authentication sections did not include the following instructions for creating domain users.
If you are configuring Domain or LDAP authentication for users in BMC BladeLogic Decision Support for Server Automation for the first time, you must create domain users (user@domainName) in BMC Server Automation and run ETL with the rbac.properties file.
If you do not create domain users in BMC Server Automation, you cannot log on to BMC BladeLogic Decision Support for Server Automation by using LDAP or Domain authentication.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
