Uninstalling

The BMC Change Automation installer does not uninstall BMC Atrium Orchestrator contents. You must manually uninstall or remove the components from their respective folders.

To uninstall BMC Change Automation

  1. Navigate to the BMC Change Automation installation directory C:\Program Files\BMC Software\BMCCA and run the Uninstall.exe file.
  2. Uninstall BMC Atrium Orchestrator in the following order:
    1. To uninstall BMC Atrium Orchestrator contents, navigate to UninstallBMCContent folder and uninstall.
    2. To uninstall CDP, navigate CDP install directory and run the uninstaller from UninstallBMCAO folder.
    3. To uninstall Repository, navigate to Repo install directory and run the uninstaller from UninstallBMCAO folder.
  3. Navigate to UninstallBMCCA folder and uninstall.
  4. Delete the BMCCA folder.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
