Configuring URL information to connect with BMC Remedy IT Service Management
In BMC Change Automation, BMC Atrium Orchestrator operates as a transport layer and primary mechanism to interact with BMC Remedy IT Service Management that is running either on premises or on demand. The URLs for web services that are configured in BMC Atrium Orchestrator enable you to establish connection with BMC Remedy IT Service Management.
Your connection with BMC Remedy IT Service Management may fail, if you are using a URL format other than the one configured in BMC Atrium Orchestrator.
The following tables lists the URL parameters and their standard formats configured in BMC Atrium Orchestrator:

For example, if you are using the following URL format (which is different from the standard format) to access the outbound interface, you must modify the value of the Change_Outbound_URL parameter.

The following procedures explains the steps to modify the URL information for web services that connect with BMC Remedy IT Service Management including on-demand environment.
To configure URL
- In BMC Atrium Orchestrator Grid Manager, navigate to Manage > Modules > BMC-SA-CLA-ITSM-Integration.
- In Current Grid: My Grid, navigate to Connection_Details.
Select the URL configuration to be modified.
- In Current Operation: Edit Module Configuration, enter the desired value in Value (String) field.
Click OK to configure the new URL.
