Contacting Customer Support
If you have problems with or questions about a BMC product, or for the latest support policies, go to Support Central. You can search the Knowledge Base for help with an issue or download products and maintenance.
If you do not have access to the web and you are in the United States or Canada, contact BMC Support at 800 537 1813. Outside the United States or Canada, select your country at Contact BMC to view local Support Contacts.
Support status
Based on the support policy adopted September 1, 2011, for releases from that date forward, BMC provides technical support for a product based on time rather than number of releases. The previous release-based policy applies to releases before September 1, 2011. To view the support status for this release, see the BMC BladeLogic Server Automation Support page.
Supported platforms
The most current supported platforms and compatible versions of various components of BMC Server Automation and third-party products, is listed through the BMC Solution and Product Availability and Compatibility Utility.
