Uninstalling the BladeLogic Dashboard

  1. In BMC Server Automation, delete Depot/BMC Maintenance/BSA Dashboard Script.
    When BSA Dashboard Script is deleted, the BSA Dashboard Job and all of its job runs are also deleted because they are dependent on the BSA Dashboard Script. 
  2. Using a command line, cd to the Tomcat/bin folder. 
  3. The Tomcat folder is located in the directory created during installation by the configure_dashboard.nsh script or the installation directory for your preexisting Tomcat server.
  4. Stop the Tomcat server by entering one of the following commands:
    • (Linux) shutdown.sh
    • (Windows) shutdown.bat
  5. Delete all files in the folder where you extracted the BSA_Dashboard.zip file.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
