Service Provisioning and Repurposing use case

The goals of the Service Provisioning and Repurposing use case are:

  • Automated full stack provisioning
  • Resource repurposing

The goals of the Service Provisioning and Repurposing use case are accomplished through executing the activities documented in the VM Provisioning, Infrastructure Provisioning, and Policy-Based Operations use cases. By combining those use cases, IT can automatically configure server and network resources from bare metal through software installation and configuration.
