Creating runbooks to define custom tasks

As a case business analyst, you can create task templates to include in a runbook to manage and resolve a security case. You can create the following types of task templates:

  • Manual
  • External
  • Automatic
  • To-dos

While creating the task template, you can select the stage that you want to assign to that task.
