Before you begin
Define agents, categories, and support groups for the Security Incident Handling line of business. Learn how you can create line of business specific Foundation data for the line of business:

To activate and configure the Security Incident Handling line of business
- As a security case business analyst, click Settings in BMC Helix Business Workflows.
- Select Line of Business > Manage Line of Business.
- (Optional) View the agents, categories, and support groups that you've assigned to the Security Incident Handling line of business in Mid Tier.
- On the General tab, select the Default email profile to use to send emails.
- If you have defined a custom process to send emails, select the Custom process for email profile.

- Click Save.
