Creating and managing security cases


Security cases are created in BMC Helix Business Workflows in the following ways:

  • Manually by using the Create case or Quick case forms
  • From BMC Helix Digital Workplace
  • From BMC Helix Virtual Agent
  • Through email
  • Using the Create Case API through security scanning tools, such as CrowdStrike
