Scheduled reports are not delivered on schedule


Scheduled reports with view-level filters are not delivered on schedule. This issue occurs when a view is published or republished through an ETL run or by using the the Update Content button in TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform.

To fix this issue, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform.
  2. Open each report that has a view-level filter.
  3. Set the filter value again and reschedule the report.
