20.02.02: Service Pack

Service packs do not contain all of the files that are required for a complete product installation. Before you install the service pack, ensure that you have installed TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform 20.02.

Patch requirements

Verify that TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform 20.02 is installed.
Review the system requirements at System requirements.

Upgrading in a disaster-recovery environment? Apply the TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform 20.02.00.002 hotfix on the secondary server. See the Upgrading in a disaster-recovery environment section in Upgrading.

Support for Kerberos authentication

As a TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform administrator, you can now configure the product to use Kerberos authentication for the TrueSight Capacity Optimization component.
