Uninstalling

This topic describes how to uninstall TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform.

The logs are available in the temp\TrueSightSmartReporting_uninstall_log.txt file.

To uninstall the product using the wizard

Do the following:

1. If you have a component added in TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform, delete the component.
2. Close the TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform instance.
3. Navigate to the <installed_dir>/Uninstall folder.
4. Do one of the following:
   • (Windows) Double click the uninstall.exe file.
   • (Linux) Run the following command:
     ./uninstall.bin
5. Select the language select and click Next.
6. Click Next on the Welcome screen.
7. Click Uninstall.
8. After the uninstall process is finished, click Done.
9. Delete the folder where TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform was installed.

To uninstall the product silently

Do the following:

1. If you have a component added in TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform, delete the component.
2. Close the TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform instance.
3. Navigate to the <installed_dir>/Uninstall folder.

4. Run the following command:

   (Windows) uninstall.exe -i silent
   (Linux) uninstall -i silent

5. After the uninstall process is finished, delete the folder where TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform was installed.
