Configuring report broadcasts to be sent with recipients in the CC list

As a component administrator, you can configure report broadcasts to be sent with recipients in the CC list. When you do this, recipients receive reports, there are no email addresses in the To field. All email addresses are added to the CC list, and no recipients are visible in the To list as shown below:

Do the following:

  1. Run the following query in the Smart Reporting repository database:

    INSERT INTO Configuration Values (1, 'SYSTEM', 'COMBINEEMAILGROUPS', 'TRUE');
  2. Restart the TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform service.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
