Logging in

As a TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform administrator or a component administrator, you can log in to TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform without cross-launching TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform from a component.

Warning

Important: Login page not for reporting users

If you are a reporting user, you cannot log in to TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform by using this page. You can cross-launch to TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform from your component.

As a TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform administrator, you can log in to TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform even if the component is not registered. However, you cannot add a component in TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform.

As a component administrator, you can log in to TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform only if a component is registered. If a component is not registered, do the following:

  1. On the TrueSight Smart Reporting - Platform login page, click the link in Click here to add a component.
  2. Add a component in TrueSight Smart Reporting.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
