Searching for processes
You can search in the TrueSight Orchestration Development Studio application for processes using a regular or advanced search. The regular search queries the processes and retrieves them using the following criteria:
- Name - the process name as it appears in TrueSight Orchestration Development Studio (e.g. Get Router Parameters)
- Process ID - a unique identifier for the process
- Version - process version number
- Author - the company or individual who built the process
- Last Modified By - the username of the person who last modified the process
- Module - the parent module of current process
- Folder - the module folder
- Type - the process type, as defined by the workflow author
- Description - the full description as written in the process properties
- Input - the list of input parameters with description
- Output - the list of input parameters with description
- Keywords - keywords from the process properties
To search for processes in the Project Navigator
- Click the Search button.
- Scroll to the highlighted process in the Project Navigator and click OK to select the process and close the process browser.
To search for processes in the Project Navigator with the advanced method
- In the Project Navigator, enter the search criteria in the search field.
- Click the drop down arrow next to the Search button.
- Select Advanced.
In the Search Results window, you can review and select the processes.
