Platform components and an authentication product must be installed and running:

  • A supported BMC Single Sign-On authentication service
  • Repository
  • Grid Manager

You must also have created a grid.

Enabling an adapter on a peer is necessary only if:

  • You intend to test processes that use adapters.
  • You build a workflow that interacts with other systems.
     In that case, enable an adapter for that system and configure it to connect with the external system.
