HP Service Manager adapter

The TrueSight Orchestration Application Adapter for HP Service Manager consists of an actor adapter, a monitor adapter, and workflow processes.

The actor adapter and workflow processes perform the standard operations available through the HP Service Manager Application Programming Interface (API).

For more information about the HP Service Manager versions supported by the adapter, see Supported application versions for the application adapters.

Note

All components of the API are not exposed through the HP Service Manager web services. To avoid dissimilarities between the HP Service Manager application and the adapter, which might result in processing errors, ensure that you follow the guidelines for customizing the HP Service Manager application in Configuring the HP Service Manager API.
