BMC Remedy AR System adapter

The TrueSight Orchestration application adapter for BMC Remedy Action Request System (BMC Remedy AR System) uses the following methods to execute operations on the BMC Remedy AR System application:

  • Java Native Interface (JNI) for versions 7.0 and earlier
  • Pure Java API for versions 7.1 and later

Note

Version 7.5.02 and later of BMC Remedy AR System Java API support connecting to older versions of the AR server using JNI libraries.

The application adapter for BMC Remedy AR System contains an actor and a monitor adapter.
