Configuring TrueSight Orchestration modules
This topic describes how to activate and configure the TrueSight Orchestration modules on the TrueSight Orchestration Grid Manager for the the Event Orchestration run book.
To activate modules for the Event Orchestration run book
Activating a module deploys it to the grid. Peers begin executing workflows according to the schedules defined in the activated modules.
The following table describes how to activate the modules required for the run book on the TrueSight Orchestration grid.

1. | In the Grid Manager application, select the Manage tab, and then select the Modules tab. | (Optional) Click the plus sign to expand the listing for a module to show previous versions and revisions of the module. |
2. | Select the following modules required for the Event Orchestration run book to activate on the grid:
| You can select more than one module, but you can select only one version and revision of any module. |
3. | Click Activate. The Modules tab displays the modules that are active on the grid and their version numbers in the Activated on Grid table on the right. | For more information, see Activating-modules. |
To configure modules for the Event Orchestration run book
The following table describes how to configure the modules required for the run book on the TrueSight Orchestration grid.
Step | Action |

1. | From the list of activated modules on the Grid Manager application, click the name of the module that you want to configure. You only require to configure the following modules for the Event Orchestration run book:

2. | On the Edit Module Configuration area, expand the configuration tree until you can navigate to the configuration item that you want to modify. |
3. | Click the configuration item that you want to modify. The following figure shows an example module configuration tree with the specific configuration item.

4. | For the selected configuration item, make changes to the Value (String) field, and click OK to save changes. The following figure shows an example of the configuration item. You can update the value as per your environment.
You cannot change the value type within Grid Manager. You can only change the value type within TrueSight Orchestration Development Studio. You must then export the module with the changed type to the repository and activate it on a grid for the change to take effect. |
5. | Repeat steps 1 to 5 for each of the configuration item that you want to modify. |
