NTLM Authentication
NTLM authentication is an application protocol used in various Microsoft network protocol implementations and is used throughout the Microsoft's systems as an integrated single-on mechanism. NTLM provides a challenge-response authentication mechanism, in which clients are able to prove their identities without sending a password to the server.
Web Services adapter supports both NTLMv1 and NTLMv2 authentication.
