Verifying the installation

Before you attempt to use a fresh or upgraded installation of the BMC Atrium Orchestrator product, you can use the procedures in this section to verify that the product is ready to use.

Ensure that you run all BMC Atrium Orchestrator server components as a user who has administrator or root permissions.
