Comment activity

The Comment activity allows you to place additional text information on the process canvas in "sticky notes." Comments can be used to clarify the function of the activities in a process to make it easier for another user to follow the logic of the workflow.

Warning

The macro unmigrated-inline-wiki-markup from Confluence is no longer available.

  1. Enter or update the text in the Edit box; then click OK to save.

To resize a Comment activity

  1. Click once on the Comment activity to display the drag handles.
  2. Click and drag the green handles to resize the comment box.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
