Configuring connector in BMC MyIT Service Broker
As Service Catalog administrators, you must configure the following settings in BMC MyIT Service Broker before using BAO as a fulfillment engine.
Before you begin
Before you configure a BAO connector, you must have:
- Installed BMC Atrium Orchestrator adapters and modules required for the integration with BMC MyIT Service Broker.
- Added the service name to the BMC MyIT Service Broker Integration module.

Configure BAO connector
Before you begin to use BMC Atrium Orchestrator as a fulfillment engine for fulfilling service requests, the BAO connector (deployed when BMC MyIT Service Broker is installed or upgraded) must be connected to the BMC Atrium Orchestrator environment.
To configure the BAO connector:
- From the BMC MyIT Service Broker home page, go to Services > Connectors.
- From the list of connectors, select the BAO Connector check box and click Edit Connector.
On the BAO Connector configuration screen, consult the following table to enter the details for the BMC Atrium Orchestrator environment:

URL
Specifies the URL to the BMC Atrium Orchestrator peer in the following format: <https://host.name:port> For example: https://clm-pun-001234.clm-mgmt.clm.bmc.com:38080
Login
Specifies the user name required to log on to the BMC Atrium Orchestrator environment Note: The user must have the Grid Management, Development Studio, and workflow execution permissions for the required modules.
Password
Specifies the password that matches the user name
Trust Self-Signed Certificates
Specifies whether to trust environments with self-signed certificates Valid values: true, false (default)
- Click Save.
