Work Order Management module
The Work Order Management module contains a collection of prebuilt workflows that are typically performed when you are handling work orders. These workflows speed up the development of solutions while providing recommended implementations for creating, searching, and updating work orders.
The Work Order Management processes include predefined mappings to the BMC Remedy Action Request System (BMC Remedy AR System) product. When used with the corresponding application adapter, this module provides a comprehensive out-of-the-box automation of the Work Order Management operations.
In addition, the Work Order Management module offers significant flexibility by allowing customers to modify processes, adjust data mappings to external systems, and extend existing processes to perform additional automated tasks.
