Task Management module configuration for BMC Remedy ITSM

The Task Management module contains configuration information that is used by each of the workflows. This topic describes the Task Management module configuration for BMC Remedy ITSM.

The Task Management module now supports the following versions of ITSM:

  • 9.1
  • 9.0
  • 8.1.02
  • 8.1 Patch 1
  • 8.0

To view the module configuration

  1. Using BMC Atrium Orchestrator Development Studio Project Navigator, open the Task Management module, and double-click configuration.
  2. Select BMC_AR_System or HP_ServiceCenter to review the configuration settings for each environment.

The following table details the default Task Management module configuration values in a BMC Remedy ITSM environment.
