Verifying the notification macro

To approve a notification macro, create and approve a change, and ensure that a notification record appears in the eventout table.

To locate a change approval notification

  1. From the HP ServiceCenter System Navigator window, select Menu navigation > Utilities > Event Services > Queues > Output Events.
  2. Click Search.
  3. Enter the change ID in the search text box; then click Find.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
