Testing OA Management module connection with HP ServiceCenter

You can use BMC Atrium Orchestrator Development Studio to test your workflows and ensure that OA Management module are communicating and connecting to HP ServiceCenter.

To test a OA Management module workflow

  1. Open BMC Atrium Orchestrator Development Studio.
  2. From the Project Navigator, select the module that contains the workflow that you want to test.
  3. Click the Setup Validation folder, and select a workflow.
  4. Select File > Run > Test Workflow.
  5. When the workflow finishes, review the Activity pane and ensure that you see the message Workflow completed successfully.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
