CA Service Desk adapter

The BMC Atrium Orchestrator Application Adapter for CA Service Desk consists of an actor adapter, a monitor adapter, and workflow processes.

The actor adapter and workflow processes perform the standard operations available through the CA Service Desk application programming interface (API).
