Verifying the launch button


Verify that the launch button appears in the application screen as expected, and that the URL appears correctly after you click the button.

To verify the launch button

  1. From the HP ServiceCenter System Navigator window, select Menu navigation > Services > Change Management > Tasks > Search Tasks.
  2. Search for the task category that contains the screen with the launch button.
  3. Verify that the Launch button appears on the screen as expected.
  4. Click the Launch button to verify that the URL contains the correct information to launch the application.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
