Target systems and Operations Actions Management modules

A target system is an external IT management system with which you want to interact, such as an email server, a ticketing system, or a Change Management system. You can configure the BMC Atrium Orchestrator Change Management module, for example, to interact with any vendor's Change Management system. To achieve a high level of independence from vendor-specific technology and data structure, Operations Actions Management modules leverage a common data model, or concept.
