Problem Management module workflows

You access the Problem Management module operations by using the BMC Atrium Orchestrator Development Studio Project Navigator. The Problem Management module contains the following folder structure, used to alphabetically organize workflows:

  • Common Utilities
  • Investigation
  • Known Error
  • Solution Database

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
