Troubleshooting the NetApp Storage adapter

This topic provides information about troubleshooting issues that are specific to the BMC Atrium Orchestrator Application Adapter for NetApp Storage.

Message: Authorization failed

Explanation: Either the user name or password provided in the configuration is incorrect.

User response: Check the user name and password in the configuration for correctness.

Message: Connection Refused

Explanation: Either the target or the port provided is incorrect.

User response: Check the values of target and port in the configuration for correctness.

Message: Extra input(s) - is-modifiable (errno=22).

Explanation: This error occurs when you use an incorrect tag in the input XML.

User response: Check the input XML for an incorrect tag.
