Prerequisites for the HP Service Manager actor adapter

The peer on which the BMC Atrium Orchestrator Application Adapter for HP Service Manager is configured must have internet access to resolve the SOAP URL of the HP Service Manager application.

Before you use the adapter, ensure that you read the guidelines for customizing the HP Service Manager application in Configuring the HP Service Manager API.
