Enhancements in version 20.12.04

The BMC Atrium Orchestrator base adapters have been enhanced with the following new features and changes.

Changes to the HTTP adapter

  • Starting with version 20.12.04, JSON data is converted to XML data in the response only if the <Content-Type> element is set to application/json and the <data-format> element is set to XML. In version 20.12.03 and earlier, the conversion was based on the <enable-json-conversion> and <data-format> elements.
  • The Delete action supports a payload (sending the body) in the <data> element of the request. Also, the Delete action supports conversion of XML data to JSON and vice-versa in the adapter request and response, respectively.
