Documentation updates

This topic describes the documentation updates for the BMC Atrium Orchestrator Content 20.12.02 release:

• The Web Services adapter documentation has been updated to contain missing request elements for the Make SOAP Request invocation in Payload mode.
• The character set documentation has been updated for additional and mail adapters. The Character set topic now contains details about the default values of the <character-set> element for different base adapters, the procedure to find or set the character set, and so on.
• The Windows Command adapter documentation has been updated to contain detailed information for script execution, such as:
  • The scripts supported by the adapter
  • Conditions under which to set the <script-file-path> configuration element to remote or local
  • Different scenarios for the <script-file-path> configuration element and the working-dir command attribute when set to remote or local
• The Windows Command adapter documentation has been updated to contain a Troubleshooting section.

Retitled "Known issues and workarounds"

January 8, 2013: "Known issues and workarounds" has been retitled "Known-and-corrected-issues" and the table holds more information. Open (known) and resolved issues are on one page giving customers and Support personnel one place to find issues that pertain to this release.
