Troubleshooting purge issues

If you have a huge number of configurations to purge, the purge task might fail with the following error in the BCA-Networks log file: 

OutOfMemoryError

Workaround: Try increasing the heap size as mentioned in the Right-sizing the Java heap section. If the recommended heap size does not resolve the issue, increase the heap size further until the issue is resolved.

 

 

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
