Configuring devices

After installing TrueSight Network Automation, you must add devices to the inventory for asset and configuration management by TrueSight Network Automation.

To manually add and configure devices in your network environment, see Adding-a-device.

To configure a device by importing, see Managing-device-import-tasks.

Note

Managing-device-import-tasks lists the devices that can be imported into TrueSight Network Automation. You can also schedule the import function to execute on a recurring basis, to remain in synchronization with an external network management system. For more information, see Adding-a-file-access-device-import-task.
