Viewing the email distribution lists

Email distribution lists define email addresses. Email lists are used by:

  • Jobs, Predefined Jobs, and Policies: To send email notifications
  • Jobs: To send job state transition emails
  • Reports: To email a report

To view the list of email distribution lists, go to Admin > Network Admin > Email Lists. By default, email distribution list is sorted by Name.

You can add to or refresh the email distribution list. Use the Actions icons to edit,copy, or delete an email distribution list. 

Note

You cannot delete an email distribution list that is currently referenced by any other component (such as job, policy, or predefined job). You must clear these references manually before the list can be deleted successfully.


 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
